URBVN (Joe Chisari) is a 21 year old bedroom producer hailing from Upstate NY. With a history of producing and DJing electronic music under the moniker RumpStep, Joe uses the skills he acquired in his years as a DJ to relay a new yet nostalgic, dreamy sound.
